I also have a passion for working with the IBPOC community, moms through pregnancy and postpartum, and youth to support and empower them.
I want to help my clients feel connected and happy. When life gets tough, we can often feel lost and alone. I work with my clients to help them heal and move forward using research-based therapies. Also, I have been a teacher for over 8 years, and now a school counsellor so I have a lot of experience working with children and youth who have diverse needs.
I believe that my clients are experts on their own lives. I bring my educational background and experience to help clients on their personal journey, and together we work to achieve their goals. I want my clients to leave therapy feeling lighter, grounded and more hopeful about themselves, their lives and the future.
