I also therapeutically work with couples and relationships. Each partner has unique emotional needs and it is important as a counselor to help you recognize each other’s emotional needs. We will work together to identify repetitive negative cycles so that as a couple, you may develop a deeper and more rewarding connection.
The interventions that I incorporate into therapy are research-based practices founded in attachment theory, interpersonal therapy, psychodynamic theory, and EFT. I also integrate tools from CBT, DBT and ACT. I am flexible in my choices of interventions to best meet specific therapeutic needs. We will work together to find what works best for you.
