I have been working as a counsellor for 30 years and have seen people with a wide range of needs. Some of these needs are: a feeling of loss of self or a need to become your best self, recovering from childhood abuse and trauma, anxiety and depression, trauma, loss and grief, personal development and navigating life changes and recovering from an abusive, controlling relationship. I also offer relationship counselling/marriage counselling. I offer therapeutic hypnotism as an adjunct to talk therapy.

I take from many counselling modalities but always under the umbrella of Cultural/Relational Theory which states that although we can be hurt by relationship; we also heal through relationship. This extends to the therapeutic relationship.

I am pleased that I can offer the following as financial support as we walk together through your healing: I am covered by most health insurances. I am also Health Canada approved to provide sessions for those who have a status number, are residential school survivors or are family of residential school survivors. I look forward to your call!
