I specialize in working with adults, utilizing a warm, attachment-focused, trauma-informed, non-judgemental, and collaborative approach. Of particular specialization, is my extensive clinical experience working with individuals in the Emerging Adulthood years, aged 18-29. This age period is an increasingly complex and novel terrain, full of questions and transitions that can feel overwhelming if undertaken alone. My approach is compassionate and values-based, to help you lead the life you want to live.
As a Doctor of Clinical Psychology (PsyD) clinician, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life and different points on their journey. My specializations include anxiety, trauma, interpersonal relationships, attachment, inner child work, self-esteem, clarifying values, and self-compassion. I am highly trained in numerous evidence-based modalities
