I can be with you and support you in coming into yourself, understanding how you got where you are and finding your way forward. I offer supportive individual and couples counselling that is confidential and client-centered. Together we can examine patterns in your life and identify ways to expand your capacity to cope with emotional or relational challenges that you are facing.
