I have embarked on a journey of personal development and growth myself, and I understand how difficult it can be to take the step towards transformation. My work with clients involves guiding and empowering them on their journey of healing and recovery. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to assist my clients in unravelling and viewing their challenges from different perspectives as a way to reorganize, heal and integrate into a new way of being in the world and with themselves and others.
Through this process, clients can become more self-aware and in tune with their inner wisdom. This involves identifying the defences and coping mechanisms that were created in the past and continue to impact their lives today.
