In my practice, I work with individuals, couples and groups experiencing difficulties in a variety of areas. My clinical practice model primarily utilizes Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion focused therapies, CBT, and Trauma informed practices with a client-centered approach. Providing a safe and comfortable space for individuals to explore and confront various issues is key to my practice.
Sometimes, despite our best efforts, situations and emotions are too difficult to manage on our own. Research specifies that a good therapeutic alliance with a therapist leads to increased positive therapeutic results.
