I work with adults of all backgrounds and I enjoy supporting people in the LGBTQ+ communities.
My first degree is in Kinesiology (exercise physiology & nutrition): I spent 17 years in my previous career supporting people's physical wellness and I live a very active, healthy life. My counselling approach is integrated and holistic – I support all parts of my clients’ wellness: social, occupational, cognitive, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
