I provide a safe, non-judgemental therapeutic space for you to come exactly as you are. I recognize that will look and feel differently each day. Sessions with me include a collaborative approach, using evidence-based interventions with a particular emphasis on trauma-informed care.

One of the most powerful and transformative feelings we can experience is to be seen and accepted just as we are. Practicing from a humanistic, client-centred foundation, I believe that we are all worthy of love and belonging. As Carl Rogers said, “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
