I have worked in Mental Health for over two decades. My approach is person centered and strength based therapy. I work with individuals and couples to provide support and guidance by building new and existing skills to help navigate challenges and difficulties. As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, I have specialized training and extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Care and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
