If you're looking for a therapist who's done every training there is, in a wide variety of therapeutic styles, and can claim to support pretty much any client with pretty much any need at an expert level - this is not me. But what I AM really good at is building a positive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative relationship. You can trust that I'll be using the expertise and training I have acquired through my decade-plus career to support you as you seek to cope with the issues at hand and ultimately continue to grow into a resilient, hope-filled person (or couple!).
I use a primarily Emotion-Focused Therapy-based approach to support people who have mild to moderate concerns. They may be mood-related (e.g. anxiety or depression), relationship-related (e.g. marital conflict or family stressors), or even more spiritual or existential.
