Hi, I'm Ida. As a member in good standing of the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, I am dedicated to supporting individuals through life's challenges. With a background in grief, loss, anxiety, and depression, I offer compassionate, evidence-based, trauma-informed care for individuals, couples, and families. Having completed my schooling at Rhodes Wellness College and residing in Kelowna for 30 years, I bring a diverse perspective to my practice.
