Welcome to our counselling team! We have therapists accepting new referrals and student counselling available at low or no cost. We work with individuals who have tried everything else and are looking for a deeper healing. Our clients benefit from our whole mind and body approach. We get to know your particular needs before we develop a treatment plan and work with an approach or pace that is most comfortable for you. We believe healing is possible and will be responsive to your needs throughout the counselling process.
We offer individualized and responsive to care to help you heal from trauma and PTSD. Our therapists are trained in trauma-focused modalities (EMDR, ACT, IFS, CBT) to offer you advanced treatment options that are specific to your particular needs. We offer sessions with our counselling student at a reduced rate of $40/hr or no cost in some situations.
Sometimes it may feel like healing is not possible and the best you can do is learn to simply manage your symptoms. This isn't true. Our team is committed to offering you alternate treatment options that offer you an opportunity to experience deeper healing.
