I believe you are the expert of your life, and I want to support your recovery in any way I can.
We will work collaboratively to support you in achieving your goals. I offer individual therapy for a range of concerns, including stress and anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship challenges, family relationships, and self development.
I believe in a holistic, person-centered, and strengths-based approach. I use traditional Talk Therapy, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness Based therapies. I have my own personal experience with therapy, which I believe gives me additional insight into the process of recovery.
