Taking the first step to beginning therapy can be intimidating and challenging. I understand this and want to make therapy as safe, comfortable and welcoming as possible for you. I believe in meeting my clients at whichever stage they are currently at in their mental health journey and working together to find a way to make therapy most useful to them. I work with my clients to help them overcome hardships relating to depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, burnout, and addictions.
I utilize cognitive-behavioural therapy paired with strength-based therapy to assist my clients in identifying and using their strengths and resilience to achieve their goals, challenge difficult thoughts and emotions, build self-compassion and foster personal growth in all areas of their lives.
