My ideal person to work with is one who has done some personal work already and is wanting to dive deeper. I am often sought out when people have been through the system and are looking for a more compassionate and empowering perspective than what is often offered. Without condoning or promoting the use of any substances, I do work from a harm reduction perspective and support prep and integration of psychedelic experiences as well as harm reduction coaching and consulting for microdosing. I do group ceremonies with breathwork and come from an anti-oppression framework.
My approach takes into account your whole being. I bring compassion, curiosity, and a sense of safety to therapy. I currently work from various modalities such as transpersonal psychology, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and internal family systems (parts work), to help you gain a deeper understanding of your strengths and increase resilience.
I consider anti-oppression and cultural safety as an important aspect of any therapy and I offer services as an ally to the LGBTTQ+ community and am open to diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds. Call or email and we can set up a free consultation to see if it's a good fit!
