I am a Psychologist with RGP Psychology. My goal is to help clients reclaim their lives by assisting them with overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and anger so they can feel like themselves again. I strive to be personable and approachable, taking care in creating a warm, respectful environment, and tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and circumstances. I use a collaborative approach in my practice and value ongoing feedback from my clients, allowing for transparency, cooperation, and the development of a strong, effective therapeutic alliance.
I use an integrated approach within a Cognitive-Behavioral framework, incorporating a range of empirically based treatments such as exposure-based treatment for anxiety disorders, and prolonged exposure and cognitive processing therapy for PTSD. These treatments assist clients in developing greater understanding and different perspectives, and establishing new coping strategies.
I have international experience in Canada and the United States within the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System in California, Worker's Compensation Board of Alberta, and Alberta Health Services. My diverse experience affords me the opportunity to provide gold standard treatment for a variety of issues.
