Are you ready to make some significant changes in your life? I’ve been helping people improve their mental and emotional health for almost 30 years. My personal journey toward mental health and well-being inspired me to help others. I specialize in trauma and abuse therapy in which I primarily use EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Schema Therapy frameworks. Additionally, I take a person-centered, attachment-based and strengths-based approach. I work with individuals who struggle with a wide range of issues including symptoms related to PTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, etc.
Along with varied certifications, I am currently completing my Doctoral of Counselling and Psychotherapy program, hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and a Bachelor of Religious Education. Additionally I am a Maxwell certified Behavioral Analysis Trainer and conduct DISC personality profiling.
