I have always had a fascination and enthusiasm for learning about the human experience – how our emotions, motivations and behaviours influence who we are and how we move about the world. I am also deeply passionate about helping individuals within my community. In keeping with this mindset, I aim to provide clients with a compassionate, validating, and non-judgmental space through the counselling relationship. I work with my clients to build a trusting partnership where together, we can develop strategies that “fit,” are effective, and create positive patterns that move you toward growth and wellness.
Through counselling, I support individuals who struggle with anxiety and ADHD to help them cultivate a life that works best for their brain, and help them move away from systems that don’t work, are unhelpful, or keep them “stuck.” I am also dedicated to helping clients develop further self-awareness, coping strategies, regulation, and communication skills.
My passion lies in working with adolescents (12+) and their parents, neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ+ folks, families, and adults in helping them develop a clear path toward healing and fulfillment.
