I specialize in healing, more specifically trained & certified in EMDR therapy. Because I work from a holistic lens, we figure out how the past is impacting the present, we acknowledge, process, integrate & move forward to future desired state. I pull from an eclectic array of healing modalities. EMDR, mindfulness, nature & somatic to name a few.
