My name is Colleen Thompson and I am a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I have been providing Psychotherapy and Counselling services for over 15 years. I primarily work with adults, couples, families, and youth 14+. I have experience working with individuals struggling with a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem and addictions.
I use a number of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based, Client-Centered, Solution Focused and other appropriate modalities.
