I routinely incorporate a blended approach with verbal and non-verbal therapies such as Somatic therapies, Mindfulness, CBT, Behavior Therapy, and Art, and Play Therapy to tailor to each person's unique needs.
By meeting clients "where they are," I focus on genuine empathy, present-moment awareness, non-judgmental observation, self-compassion, and empowerment to decrease psychological distress and enhance overall well-being.
