Navigating life-change, loss/trauma, and self-esteem is my passion. I offer an integrative and holistic approach, involving the mind and body, to process life struggles and bring clarity and confidence to your future. As both a counsellor and yoga therapist, my approach to counselling combines talk therapy with body-centered techniques.
I help my clients develop the ability to connect with their bodies and regulate these physical symptoms while processing difficult emotions. This integration bridges the connection for deep personal insight, whole-body processing, and formation of a new relationship with yourself.
