I have experience with those impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, concussion, bipolar and more. I use a holistic and varied approach to increase mood and stability. I have a background that includes fitness, yoga, mindfulness, and health coaching, and often incorporate these into methods of EMDR, CBT, strength based therapy and DBT. Polyvagal and somatic approaches may also be incorporated to create the plan you need to feel better.
