Accepting New Clients! Available for weekday appointments from 4-6pm. I offer virtual therapy services for individuals aged 9+ for Sports Mental Health. I have personal sport experience in teen athletics (basketball, olympic weightlifting, crossfit, swimming, dance, & cheerleading). I also support clients struggling with school stressors, body image, sleep hygiene, self-esteem, boundary issues, relationship issues, minimalism/hoarding, and financial/budgeting support. Additionally, I have a specialization in CBT for depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, PTSD, and OCD.
My focus as a therapist is being authentic and building strong therapeutic relationships with my clients. I use a client centred approach in order to determine the goals you hope to reach by the end of our time together. This will help us make an intentional and informed plan on how to proceed with specific therapy modalities that are best suited for you.
I recognize that therapy may appear intimidating or unfamiliar, but I hope to create an open and welcoming space for all my clients.
