Life After Covid: A Depression and Anxiety Group
This is an 8-week Cognitive Behavioural Therapy group that will teach you skills to manage and overcome your symptoms of depression and anxiety due to Covid 19. If you anxiety and depression are not related to Covid 19, you are still welcome to join us and learn useful skills to manage symptoms. This group will run every Tuesday from 5:30 - 7:00 starting Jan 17. 7 Principles Couples Workshop
Improve the intimacy & friendship in your relationship & help you resolve conflict in a healthy, productive way. This workshop will be hosted @ Expand Your Roots at 8230 105 Street NW, Suite , Edmonton Alberta on Feb 11, 2023 from 9am to 5:30pm. Registration is $300 and ends two weeks prior to allow for the arrival of the materials. Registration includes a lunch, 7 principles book, workbook, and communication cards.

Healing Trauma - Part 1
Part 1 of a 3 part series Healing from Trauma. Part 1 focuses on safety and stabilization. The facilitators will provide psycho-education about trauma and teach you necessary skills for emotional regulation and grounding for trauma processing. Classes are Wednesdays starting January 11. Registration ends January 4, 2023 and a waitlist will be accepted. The registration for this event is free and payment is $100 per class, but is dependant on NIHB approval for funding.
