I have worked at overdose prevention sites, harm reduction residential facilities, suicide crisis lines, and employment family assistance program (EFAP). It’s been a privilege to work with such a diverse range of clients. Having lived experience as a first responder, I am aware of how trauma can profoundly impact the mind and body. I utilize a blend of evidence-based practices including humanistic culturally responsive and socially just approaches (CRSJ). I specialize in addiction, relationships, trauma, anxiety and depression.
