I am a registered, insured social worker who practices clinical therapy. I offer individual, virtual sessions, utilizing CBT and DBT methods, and an empathetic, compassionate approach. I can assist with anxiety, depression, grief, emotional regulation, trauma, coping skills to assist with challenging relationship dynamics, self esteem building tools, self harming, suicidal ideation and safety planning. I offer psycho-education in healthy relationships, boundaries, time management, and much more! Appointments are virtual. I have clinical experience in mental health, addiction, child & youth mental health, & dual diagnosis.
I offer one hour sessions for individuals. Prior to our first session, I offer a 15 minute meet and greet call to ensure that you, as the client feel my educational background and approach is best suited to your needs. For parenting supports, both parents can be included in the session with no extra fee.
I offer a safe space where individuals can comfortably process their emotions, while learning about how emotions and thoughts can affect our behaviours. My goal is to assist you in meeting your goals and needs, while supporting you in coping with the stressors of life, at a pace your comfortable with.
