Welcome! My name is Rebecca (she/her), and I'm a therapist working at Conscious Counselling & Wellness virtually in Nova Scotia. I offer services to individuals exploring a wide range of issues, with a particular focus on trauma (PTSD & CPTSD), neurodivergence, attachment wounds, self-esteem, and anxiety. I am passionate about assisting clients in fostering self-worth and self-compassion, and believe that everyone deserves to feel connected to themselves mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally, and empowered to live an authentic life.
I am grounded in holistic and trauma-informed approaches, and the mind-body connection, drawing on a blend of Internal Family Systems (informed), interpersonal process approach, polyvagal theory, mindfulness and self-compassion practice, and somatic work.
