Hello there! My name is Rebecca, and I am so excited to potentially work together with you! My absolute passion is working with people along their path of change. There is nothing more gratifying than walking alongside someone in their life’s journeys. My other absolute passion is helping clients work through trauma. I understand that trauma can affect all aspects of life and can be so complex and multi-faceted. I am so lucky to have worked with countless clients who have been able to heal after years of carrying these heavy burdens. My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, compassionate, and sensitive.
I am highly approachable and relatable. I am a real person to all my clients. My philosophy is always that we are completely “in it together”. I will never beat around the bush. I like to see people quickly and have them heal as quickly as possible. In and out is my approach.
My passion in therapy is witnessing the successful outcomes for my clients, with EMDR being one of the main tools that I use. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is one of the most effective and efficient therapeutic modalities for healing trauma and finding a new way of life. No trauma is too big or too small for us to tackle together.
