Using empirical techniques adapted to your needs we will work together on practical ways to create lasting change in your life and relationships. I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Psychology Degree from Queen's University and a Masters of Social Work (MSW) Degree from the University of Toronto. As an attachment-informed trauma therapist, I have over 13 years of experience in using evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems and EMDR therapy.
I also draw upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behaivour Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness to promote empowerment and improved quality of life for individuals of all ages.
