My training is focused on theory and practice of the experiential and relational schools of therapy that I believe are the foundation for lasting change. These include Family Systems Theory, Person Centred, Gestalt, Existential, AEDP (Level 2), Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness and Somatic approaches.
I’m continually inspired by my clients and I’m passionate about helping them discover their strengths and to remember that they are whole, unique and inherently good.
