I work with individual adults 18+ at different stages in their lives, with different issues, needs and goals. My clients are often seeking help to feel more settled in themselves and in their day-to-day lives, as well as with the deeper work of personal exploration and self-reflection. It is often the question - What do I want, and why? - that is central to the work that people seek to do.

When we talk for the first time, we will see how it feels for each of us. From there, if we both agree, we will embark on a journey of listening and speaking, and the process of your personal therapy will begin to take shape.
