My name is Ravi Teja and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 20 years of experience. I am trained to utilize EMDR, CBT, DBT, EFT, and Gottman’s couples therapy. I use somatic and mindfulness-based psychotherapy for trauma stabilization and mental health. In my sessions, I provide safety & empathy in a non-judgmental environment through therapeutic clinical conversations. I create a space for your validation and to resolve enmeshed unresolved challenges related to past experiences.
As the saying goes, there is always light at the end of the tunnel but sometimes it’s inconceivable to reach there, I will meet you where you are in your journey and help you to move forward with hope and healing to reach where you want to be. We will explore how presenting concerns can change your story and relationship with self and others.
I will work with you to treat a wide variety of mental health and emotional issues, including but not limited to, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, communication issues, and relationship issues.
