Hello, I am a Master of Counselling Psychology student working my practicum with the OK Clinical Therapy Group. I am committed to supporting individuals and couples in their wellness journey. EMDR, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Somatic Therapy. EMDR helps individuals process past traumas in a supported way, based on neurobiology. I practice EMDR this as I having personally seen changes in my life. Solutions Focused therapy is great for those who want to see quick change and and remove barriers.
