Accepting new clients! Mental health is an important component of your overall health, second only to your physical health. Some cultures create a big stigma around mental health, and it is my hope that we can break that. Cultural factors play a big role in who we are, and the decisions we make. If you feel your culture has stopped you from becoming your best self, I want to help you reclaim that identity.
I work from a holistic, integrative approach of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, meaning I use different approaches to best personalize sessions. I work with cultures, relationships, anxiety, depression, work/career struggles, life adjustments, trauma, substance abuse, imposter syndrome, suicide ideation, stress, self discovery, and much more.
If any of this sounds appealing to you, please feel free to book a 15-minute free consultation with me. The call will be focused whether we would be a good fit to work together. Congratulations on taking that first step towards your mental health. Remember to be kind to yourself throughout this journey.
