I'm very passionate about the therapeutic process and how transformative it can be. I believe that by sharing a safe space where we are able to be seen, heard, and understood, beautiful things can happen and a healthy space inside of us open, allowing traumas and emotions to move through us.
My approach to counselling is draw from a client-centred lens, focusing on the mind-body connection, somatic therapy and other modalities that give you the support you need to move through the healing process.
