As a Registered Psychotherapist, my job is to help you navigate these difficult times through the use of evidence-based approaches. I believe every client has their individual set of strengths, and together we will work to highlight and incorporate them into the treatment plan.
I use an integrative counselling approach with individuals and couples. I tailor my approach to your needs and work collaboratively with you to set your goals for therapy. With empathy and non-judgement, I help you increase self-compassion and mindfulness. I also gently challenge any unhealthy thinking patterns that may be present. Perspective is key!
I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, self-esteem, relational difficulties, couples counselling, trauma, spirituality, and general life transitions. My mission is to help guide you to better cope with these difficulties and restore balance and bliss in your life. Outside of my client work, I manage my group practice Blissful Balance Counselling.
