I have over 25 years of clinical experience working primarily with adolescent girls and adult women of all ages who are struggling to manage as well as they can in challenging times. I have expertise in the fields of: anxiety, interpersonal relationships as well as with life transitions (university, divorce, menopause, marriage, family) and the overwhelming stress that can challenge daily life. I approach discussions from a strengths based perspective- with warmth, empathy, a sense of humour and a strong belief that clients of all ages and life stages are able to change, and meet their goals, with the right support.
I will work with you to navigate the complexities you share, help you better manage and cope with stressors, and look at issues from different perspectives so that you can enjoy and be more fully present in your life.
