My mission is to create a unique space that honours who you are; a place where you feel truly seen and understood; a safe space to explore any issue you might be dealing with!
If you suffer with depression, anxiety, an eating disorder, or addiction, I’ve been there and I can help. If you're exploring your identity as queer, ADHD, or non-monogamous, I know that journey, too. And if your kiddo is having trouble at school or at home, I offer Child Centered Play Therapy for kids under 10.

I don't work with couples, however that was the only option to put my fee for kids. Why is the kid fee higher? Because play therapy involves travel, toys that get broken, and parent coaching. For families on a budget, I'm happy to discuss sliding scale to help make therapy more accessible :)
