My experiences have allowed me to be flexible and attuned to each individual's needs. My professional focus is to facilitate the exploration of and to overcome life's challenges through the use of behavioural modification, mindfulness, solution-focused, and client-centred approaches, among others. I provide compassionate support in a confidential, non-judgmental, and safe environment to assist you with overcoming your personal challenges.
