As a Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario with over 16 years of experience working in mental health, I specialize in working with emotional and relationship issues, self-esteem, life transitions as well as childhood trauma. My practice is rooted in attachment and psychodynamic theory, and am trained in NARM - an approach to healing developmental trauma.
