Have you come here to find a counsellor to help you, but now you are feeling pretty overwhelmed with all the choices? I invite you to give me an extra minute of your time. I own The Hive Mental Health Services and work hard to create a counselling experience that is easy, relaxed, comfortable and professional. I specialize in working with Women, Mothers and Couples, but do accept clients aged 13+. That being said, I know how much of an investment counselling can be, I pride myself on being an affordable option, and I offer a FREE phone consult, so you can see if we are a fit, before you have to invest any of your money.
I specialize in working with Women, Mothers and Couples, focusing on individual issues like anxiety, depression,identity, overstimulation,confidence and rage. With families and couples we focus on topics like: love languages, open and clear communication,conflict resolution,boundaries, roles and responsibilities, and much more.
I work hard for my clients, making sure they have resources at their disposal, feel guided with work and goals in between sessions, and are supported throughout the counselling experience. I challenge my clients to be the best version of themselves and ask for honesty and dedication in and out of sessions.
