I have provided counselling services for people with mental health concerns for the past 8 years in hospital, schools and in not-for-profit settings. Primarily, I work with individuals 16 years of age and older, who are interested in seeking support in emotional, behavioural, and relationship issues.

A workshop designed for clinicians and professionals to support clients who are living with body image issues. Some topics that will be covered: What is poor body image and why clients have body image issues. How to communicate with clients around body image issues.
