I take a person-centred, strength-based approach to counselling that takes into account all the different facets of a person and their life and how that can affect their mental health. I appreciate how challenging it can be to reach out for help and support, by contacting me you will be met with compassion, empathy, and a willingness to work together to reach your goals.
I offer individual counselling & couples counselling with a focus on adults with autism, members of the 2SLGBT+ community, and adults with ADHD. My main focus is to support people in finding and using their strengths, becoming more self-compassionate, and finding coping skills and tools to help improve their lives.
