I am passionate about seeing individuals, couples, and families thrive where they are. Being stuck in inefficient ways of thinking can trap us. Inefficient thinking patterns can make us feel anxious, depressed, frustrated, or at a loss for how to feel better. It can impact our relationships. I approach each client through a comprehensive biological, psychological, social, and spiritual approach. Using scientific based theories I foster a non-judgemental and safe space for each client. My client-centred culturally competent approach can help foster relief and lead towards resolution.
I am trained to work with an array of symptoms from anxiety and depression to domestic violence and abuse cases. Some of my experience includes working with PTSD symptomology as a result of trauma, self-esteem issues, suicidal ideation, and coping skills. I have worked with teens, parents, and couples with relationship difficulties.
I believe we were all created for a purpose. Curve balls and difficult life circumstances can throw our life off course causing us to become stuck. Being able to walk with a mental health professional can help provide a new perspective. I desire to walk with you towards resolution and help guide you in efficient ways of living in your purpose.
