I specialize in counselling adults, adolescents & children in various life stages. In my work with adults, I utilize various approaches to provide the support and processing space you need. In my work with children & adolescents, I can utilize art & play based activities to increase engagement & willingness to share and try new things.
My desire is to create a space where you feel safe & supported so that you can feel comfortable with the counselling process. I provide counselling session in-person, online and on the phone when needed. I also offer Christian counselling when requested. I look forward to connecting with you!
