I'm dedicated to helping us understand the unconscious processes that shape our behaviours. These patterns, often rooted in early childhood, continue to influence our lives today. As experiential beings, we're shaped by our relationships and environments— healing is something we do together, not in isolation. Through psychotherapy, we create a brave, attuned space for relational healing and corrective emotional experiences, fostering our personal growth and creating lasting change.

I specialize in trauma-informed modalities such as PSIP, IFS, AEDP, and EMDR, blending holistic and integrative approaches to create safe, transformative healing spaces. My focus is on guiding clients toward profound emotional and relational growth, using various therapeutic tools to facilitate deep, experiential healing and lasting transformation.

Guided by Martin Buber's belief that "All actual life is encounter," I honour the sacred connection with my clients. I also lead retreats, integration circles, and provide spaces for profound inner and relational exploration and healing.
