I am a psychotherapist with a migrant background, focused on an integrative and intersectional approach to therapy. My practice welcomes and honors the multiple aspects that clients bring into the therapeutic space—whether it relates to their body, mind, and spirit as individuals, their roles within a community or family (including chosen family), or how they are affected by broader systems of power and privilege. I provide support for issues like feeling stuck, shame, recurring patterns, OCD, relationships, boundaries, communication, parenting, depersonalization/derealization, and anxiety.
I hold a judgment-free, affirming, trauma-informed, culturally conscious, curious space where clients can start exploring and finding their voice, express their feelings and emotions, start to recognize and challenge harmful patterns, and destructive beliefs, and cultivate healing. I work through an anti-oppression, harm-reduction, non-pathologizing lens.
