Throughout our personal lives and narratives, we face different experiences, challenges, changes, relationships, and obstacles. As an art therapist, I want to provide my compassion and empathy to support you throughout your journey. My objective is to collaboratively work with you to better understand your needs; to accompany you to safely explore and visualize your feelings, thoughts, and worries; and to create a potential space to witness your inner strengths. When words are not enough to describe your experiences, you will be able to use colors, drawing, painting, storytelling, images and many art materials to express yourself.

Life can be exceptionally difficult. You may be feeling overwhelmed recently, or weighed down by something you’ve been carrying for years. You may know the issues in your life that are causing you suffering, or you may just feel something isn’t right but aren't sure where to start. Engaging in therapy provides an opportunity for meaningful healing and relief.

Taking the new reality of the post pandemic era in consideration, i am addressing to all the people who deal with confusion, anxiety and despair in their private and professional lives to take matters in their hands and cease suffering in silence. There is no shame on asking for the psychological, mental and emotional support they need, rather than trying to resolve matters by themselves by making irreparable moves. More now that ever people have to come to realisation that there is help out there and they have a choice to turn their lives around and make them what they wanted them to be.

Accepting New Clients! Childhood and relational traumas can result in a tumultuous life and make it hard to regulate your emotions and behaviors. It can feel like you do things you promised yourself you wouldn’t. Trusting yourself and others has become difficult, and you are accumulating a long list of painful experiences. You may feel hyperconnected or disconnected from others and struggle to maintain harmonious relationships. You may have a hard time determining who is to blame and what you should be feeling about your encounters with others. You may be a perfectionist in some areas of your life while others are falling apart.

So you’ve decided to seek more awareness of your problems and make concrete changes. That takes guts! Do any of the following difficulties resonate with you? - You struggle with self-doubt and feel like you're not good enough, even though you've achieved a lot; - You're not able to perform at the level you know you're capable of; - You're feeling creatively blocked; - You're terrified of failing. If so, we might be a good fit. Working with me, you will build awareness and skills to better understand your 'mental game': how to manage your focus to optimize performance, whether it's in sports, music, work, or something else.

I work with clients who suffer from various emotional difficulties such as depression, anxiety and trauma. I focus on educating the client what she or he is going through and together we design strategies that help cope with the emotional difficulties. An important emphasis is placed on sleep hygiene because healthy sleep often helps restore emotional well-being. We also offer physical rehabilitation at our clinic for clients who have chronic pain and other physical problems co-existing with emotional difficulties.
